About the role

In this fast-paced role, you'll support the Global Merchandising team in delivering the right product to the right market at the right time. From coordinating stock dispatches and allocations across our international partners to providing insightful reporting and administrative support, you'll play an important part in ensuring the smooth operation and continued growth of our global business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, analytical and eager to develop a career within merchandising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the management of international orders, ensuring product information, order documentation and system records are accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate stock allocations and replenishment activity across international markets, ensuring timely and accurate product availability.

  • Manage and maintain dispatch schedules, working closely with Logistics and key stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.

  • Monitor intake and stock movements, highlighting risks, discrepancies and opportunities to the wider Merchandising team.

  • Produce and maintain reports, range plans and trading trackers, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

  • Support analysis of sales, stock and partner performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise international trading.

  • Assist with seasonal planning processes, providing data and insights to support range, assortment and budget decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with international partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective stock management across the business.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL

  • Competent Excel user

  • Competent in using all merchandising systems for allocation and analysis

  • Excellent knowledge of all basic merchandising principles

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Professional approach, accurate, honest, tactful, self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Team player

  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload in line with the needs of department and company

  • Takes responsibility and ownership for driving own development

DESIRED

  • Previous experience/qualifications in fashion
