About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Supply Chain function of Castrol Lubricants as part of the Competitive Delivery team. As the Global Delivery Manager – Operational Cost Competitiveness (OCC), you will lead the implementation of central initiatives designed to improve the competitiveness of Castrol's products and operations.

This role focuses on delivering large-scale transformation projects across the value chain, including product and raw material portfolio optimization, supply chain network improvements, and manufacturing site transformations. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Operational Cost Competitiveness (OCC) initiatives across the global supply chain.
• Handle complex transformation programs that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen competitiveness.
• Drive implementation of projects involving: Product portfolio optimization Raw material rationalization Manufacturing footprint and network optimization Supply chain and logistics transformation
• Develop and complete project roadmaps, ensuring delivery of agreed business outcomes.
• Build alignment across multiple partner groups with contending priorities.
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, Technology, and regional Performance Units (PUs).
• Monitor project performance, handle risks, and ensure effective governance throughout delivery.
• Assess the commercial implications of supply chain decisions and recommend solutions that balance operational and business objectives.
• Champion change management activities to enable successful adoption of new ways of working.
• Contribute to Castrol's growth and profitability through delivery of sustainable operational improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

Essential Experience

• Validated experience defining and leading successful supply chain transformation programs.
• Strong project portfolio and program management experience within a supply chain environment.
• Experience working within Lubricants, FMCG, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success operating within complex global matrix organizations.
• Extensive operational supply chain experience, including exposure to manufacturing, logistics, and operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their commercial impacts.
• Experience handling and influencing diverse stakeholder groups at multiple organizational levels.
• Track record of delivering business outcomes through large-scale change initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Background in Manufacturing Management or Logistics Management.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional transformation projects.
• Knowledge of cost optimization methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
