The Role

We are looking for a Global Partnerships & Community Manager who wants to help shape and grow the Bomaye brand across Europe and beyond.

You will be responsible for building relationships, creating partnerships and developing a community around the Bomaye experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that strong brands are not built through marketing alone — they are built through people, relationships and shared experiences.

This is a remote-first role. While Munich is our home base, we welcome candidates from across Europe.

Your Mission

• Develop and execute Bomaye's international partnership and community strategy
• Identify and build relationships with companies, brands, athletes, creators, leaders and communities
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that create value for both sides
• Build and grow the Bomaye community across Europe and beyond
• Create and develop events, collaborations and community experiences
• Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships, brand collaborations and new business initiatives
• Represent Bomaye and build meaningful relationships with potential partners and community members
• Collaborate closely with the founders, coaches and creative partners
• Develop new ideas and formats around boxing, leadership, performance, mindset and transformation
• Help establish Bomaye as a recognizable international Performance & Leadership brand

What we're looking for

• Experience in partnerships, business development, community management, marketing, events or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
• Confidence approaching new people, companies and potential partners
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities rather than waiting for instructions
• Ability to work independently and turn ideas into action
• Excellent English; German is a plus
• Genuine interest in boxing, performance, leadership, personal development or sports culture
• A hands-on mentality and the ambition to build something from the ground up
