Hybrid based with-in 2 hours of Bloomington, IN preferred Qualified candidates located elsewhere in the US will also be considered. Will be responsible for managing Urology Extractors, Wires and Needles global product lines, and serve as operational lead for the Urology Global Product Management team. Will focus on downstream/postmarket responsibilities, with heavy emphasis in operations, including coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity, commercialization readiness, product change implementation, and cross-functional execution. Assist in the development, and communication, of the global strategy for the assigned product line(s), and lead execution in alignment with specialty, division and company business goals, vision and strategy. Manage total product life cycle (TPLC) of assigned product line(s) from idea inception to obsolescence. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders within the Division, Marketing, company Functions, and Operational Units (including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and other groups) to implement the strategy for assigned product line(s) and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and projects. Manage the financial health of product line(s) by setting appropriate pricing thresholds, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities, in collaboration with commercial business and other company teams. Responsible for the availability and efficiency of assigned product line(s) within the TPLC; collaborate with functional teams and contribute to developing product retirement strategies when necessary. Demonstrate and maintain an extensive understanding of relevant market trends, including case volume, the regulatory environment, healthcare economics and the TPLC. Develop and drive the product pipeline for assigned product line(s). Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish design input requirements, in collaboration with strategic marketing and R&D. Responsible to develop and execute an annual strategy and plan for assigned product line(s) containing drivers, limiters, and enablers. Lead and complete large and complex projects in a timely manner for planned and unplanned product specific events including, but not limited to, product launches, backorders and recalls, through collaboration with strategic marketing, , sales, commercial business, regulatory, R&D, and manufacturing. Meet all deadlines for product related responsibilities such as business planning, product forecasts, etc. Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner. Attend meetings with customers to understand needs, gain feedback and support the overall business. Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product specific requirements are met. Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies. Qualifications Required Experience: College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience. At least 5 years relevant work experience, including but not limited to, product management, engineering, sales and/or marketing. Advanced degree (Masters or MBA or equivalent) may reduce the years of experience requirement. Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives. This role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managers. Preferred Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent in the medical device industry. Models the company standards that others are expected to follow. Demonstrates positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving objectives. Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and presentations skills. Demonstrates the ability to think strategically. Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Ability to travel internationally, domestically and weekends as needed up to 50%. Work under general office environmental conditions. Qualified candidates applying to be based in the United States must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
