We Offer : The Salary Range for the role - 75k EUR to 92k EUR
About the Role
LifeStyles Healthcare is seeking an experienced Global Senior Manager – Total Rewards & Compliance to lead and continuously enhance our global compensation, benefits, compliance, people analytics, workforce planning, and HR systems capabilities across our international organization.
This role is a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders globally, ensuring that our reward programs remain competitive, scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities.
The position will play a critical role in providing insights and decision support through workforce analytics, HR technology, budgeting, and forecasting while driving consistency and governance across global people practices.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in Total Rewards, people analytics, HR systems, budgeting, and compliance within a multinational environment. This role is ideal for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys translating complex workforce data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards
- Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage salary structures, grading frameworks, incentive plans, and reward policies globally.
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive reward analyses across key markets.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, promotions, and incentive planning.
- Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation decisions and reward strategies.
- Support organizational changes, acquisitions, integrations, and workforce transformation initiatives from a Total Rewards perspective.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain global compensation and HR governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency across regions.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HR teams on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor legislative developments affecting compensation and benefits programs.
- Support internal and external audits related to reward, payroll, and people processes.
- Ensure appropriate controls and approval processes are maintained for compensation-related decisions.
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Own and enhance global workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Provide insights on compensation, headcount, turnover, workforce costs, organizational effectiveness, and talent trends.
- Translate complex people data into clear recommendations for business and executive decision-making.
- Develop executive-ready reporting and analytics to support strategic workforce planning.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and benchmarking.
HR Systems, Budgeting & Planning
- Act as a key owner and subject matter expert for HR systems and people data management, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other HR technology platforms.
- Drive optimization and adoption of HRIS processes, reporting capabilities, and data governance standards.
- Partner with Finance and HR leaders on workforce budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Utilize tools such as Vena, Excel, and other analytical platforms to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of global workforce data.
Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects related to Total Rewards, analytics, HR technology, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of people processes and reporting.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities.
- Deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and enhance business decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and senior business leaders globally.
- Build strong relationships across regions and functions to drive alignment and execution.
- Influence decision-making through data, market insights, and business-focused recommendations.
- Support communication and change management activities related to reward, analytics, and compliance initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Compensation & Benefits, Analytics, Finance, HR Technology, or Human Resources are advantageous.
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, HR Technology, Workforce Planning, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations across multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and rewards governance.
- Experience managing HR systems, workforce reporting, and people analytics.
- Proven experience partnering with Finance on workforce budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Strong project management and change leadership skills.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including large dataset analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (HRIS) and workforce reporting tools.
- Experience with Vena or similar budgeting and planning platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights.
- Ability to build dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor cost analysis, and organizational metrics.
