Home Join our team Explore opportunities Req ID Posted Function Location Req ID: 98668 Function: Procurement Posted: Jun 26, 2026 Location: SENIOR MANAGER, HR SERVICES, TRAVEL & FLEET PROCUREMENT [PROFESSIONAL SERVICES] The Senior Manager, HR Services, Travel & Fleet Procurement leads global category strategies, sourcing initiatives, and supplier governance across HR services and mobility categories, driving cost optimization, compliance, and enhanced employee and traveler experience through strategic partnerships and commercial excellence. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Senior Manager, HR Services, Travel & Fleet Procurement, you play a critical role in leading global category strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier governance, and value creation across HR services, travel, and fleet categories while optimizing total cost of ownership and enhancing employee and traveler experience. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Professional Services, and you will manage: Category Leadership & Strategy Execution: Act as category lead for HR Services, Travel, Mobility and Fleet across the global portfolio Co-develop and execute global category strategies aligned with business priorities Translate stakeholder needs into sourcing strategies and implementation plans Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFPs and supplier selection Leverage market intelligence to identify value creation opportunities Strategic Sourcing, Contracting & Negotiation: Lead high-value, complex sourcing events across HR, Travel and Fleet categories Negotiate global and regional contracts, including commercial frameworks and SLAs Drive commercial outcomes across pricing, service levels and contractual terms Ensure contracting discipline for services involving employee data and operations Partner with cross-functional teams to balance cost, risk and compliance Supplier Management & Value Creation: Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across key providers Drive supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs and governance routines Lead supplier reviews, escalation management and continuous improvement plans Promote supplier rationalization and preferred supplier adoption Drive innovation including automation, reporting and user experience improvements YOU ARE A COTY FIT As a strategic procurement leader with strong commercial and analytical capabilities, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are collaborative, results-driven and able to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization. 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management Experience managing HR Services, Travel, Fleet or complex business services categories Proven track record leading complex, high-value sourcing initiatives Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills Experience in supplier relationship management and governance frameworks Strong analytical and financial acumen Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization Fluent in English If you’re ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!
