In this role you will be responsible for Autoliv’s global profitability solutions in OneStream, spanning both Actuals and Forecast processes. The role serves as the central link between business stakeholders, data strategy, and technical teams, driving solution enhancements while ensuring stable and effective operational delivery. This role works at the intersections of both operational and financial data models, supporting that these are consistently aligned with business requirements, enabling accurate and insightful profitability analysis. With OneStream as the core global platform, the role supports end-to-end profitability reporting while contributing to the advancement of finance transformation and standardization initiatives. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Lead Autoliv’s OneStream Vertical Profitability Solution Lead (incl. AC VP, Market & BOM) Act as a bridge between stakeholders, incl. Group, Divisional and Functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, SCM) Ensure smooth day-to-day business Ensure data integrity and governance Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance Long-term roadmap planning Drive continuous improvements and simplification Lead change management and enhancements including impact assessments. If you have/are: Strong understanding of operational data models (MRP experience), preferably experience in finance controlling also having worked in the details (xP&A, vertical profitability, reporting) Fluent in English Solid knowledge of end-to-end profitability reporting Has been part of finance transformation and standardization initiatives Strong with Data - SQL experience & understanding of relational data models Understands a finance IT landscape, e.g. ERP -> Snowflake -> EPM landscape OneStream or other Multidimensional Cube experience (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, OneStream) We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
