Global Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across the EU & US. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on recruiting skills with a structured, data-driven approach and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers in an international environment. As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of tech and/or non-tech roles, support consistent hiring practices, and help ensure effective and high-quality hiring across the organization. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of tech and/or non-tech roles across the EU & US Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process, from intake to offer Support structured hiring standards, including interviews, calibration frameworks and feedback templates Advise and support hiring managers on effective hiring practices Lead recruitment for critical and senior roles when needed Actively source and attract top talent for key positions Manage and optimize external agencies and recruitment vendors, including deciding when and how to leverage them Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality and efficiency Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience across regions Support the effective use of our ATS (Recruitee) across the organization What You Bring A strong background in international Talent Acquisition Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Experience recruiting for tech and/or non-tech roles A solid track record in hiring senior and critical roles Strong hands-on recruiting and active sourcing skills Confidence in managing external recruitment agencies and vendors A data-driven mindset, using recruitment metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and guide hiring managers Nice to have: ATS experience, ideally Recruitee Exposure to Employer Brand initiatives Our Values Our culture is shaped by curiosity and innovation as we continuously explore new ideas and smarter solutions to real-world challenges.
