Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities for international clients and business partners. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating qualified candidates for a variety of positions across different industries and markets. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from talent identification through candidate endorsement and interview coordination. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients across different time zones. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for local and international clients across multiple industries and functional areas. Develop a clear understanding of client requirements, company culture, role expectations, qualifications, and hiring priorities. Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, referrals, talent databases, and other recruitment channels. Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Review resumes, applications, portfolios, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and suitability. Conduct initial phone, video, and competency-based interviews with candidates. Evaluate candidate experience, technical qualifications, communication skills, motivation, cultural alignment, and availability. Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers with accurate and relevant candidate summaries. Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders across different time zones. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates. Manage candidate expectations regarding job responsibilities, compensation, work arrangements, schedules, and hiring timelines. Support offer management, pre-employment requirements, reference checks, background checks, and onboarding coordination when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment activities, interview notes, and hiring outcomes in the ATS or CRM system. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, client requirements, data privacy standards, and applicable employment regulations. Monitor recruitment metrics, including sourcing activity, response rates, interview conversions, time to hire, offer acceptance, and placement results. Provide regular recruitment updates, hiring reports, and market insights to management and clients. Conduct market research on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and relevant recruitment channels. Collaborate with account managers, recruitment team members, business development staff, and clients to improve hiring outcomes. Represent Asiacruit professionally when communicating with candidates, clients, industry contacts, and external partners. Participate in recruitment campaigns, employer branding activities, career events, talent community initiatives, and other business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, staffing, human resources, or agency recruitment is preferred. Experience recruiting for international clients, remote positions, or multiple markets is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and clients. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail when managing multiple vacancies and candidates. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet recruitment deadlines, and manage changing hiring requirements. Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, resourceful, resilient, and comfortable working toward measurable recruitment goals. Ability to handle confidential candidate and client information with discretion and professionalism. Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, LinkedIn, job boards, video conferencing tools, and productivity software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a recruitment and client services team. Willingness to work hours that overlap with international business hours when required. Preferred Skills Experience with full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, technical recruitment, sales recruitment, healthcare recruitment, or other specialized hiring areas. Experience recruiting candidates in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or other international markets. Knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, online sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement. Experience using ATS, CRM, HRIS, recruitment marketing, scheduling, or candidate assessment platforms. Ability to conduct structured interviews and provide objective candidate evaluations. Strong understanding of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment best practices. Experience working with remote teams, offshore staffing, recruitment agencies, or business process outsourcing environments. Additional language skills and familiarity with international hiring practices are an advantage. Key Performance Indicators Quality and number of qualified candidates sourced and presented.
