We are looking for a Global Talent Partner to join our team! We work from our office at İTÜ Teknopark one day a week.

Role Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the search and engagement of top IT talents using a blend of traditional and innovative strategies.
• Contribute to talent management and development initiatives, ensuring a rich pipeline of candidates.
• Embrace our hybrid work model, with flexibility to work from home or in our offices as needed.
• Keep clear documentation to make sure our processes and growing pool are quickly accesible to the team and for -at least- few generations.
