As a GTS Sourcing Partner, you can earn commissions by referring eligible candidates against international job mandates allocated by GTS.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify suitable candidates for international job opportunities shared by GTS.

· Conduct preliminary candidate screening against eligibility criteria.

· Explain approved job details, eligibility requirements and recruitment procedures.

· Help interested candidates prepare and submit preliminary documentation through authorised GTS channels.

· Coordinate candidate availability for interviews and selection processes.

· Maintain regular communication with candidates and the GTS recruitment team.

· Follow GTS-approved processes, branding guidelines and recruitment compliance requirements.
