About the Global Trainer:
The Global Trainer leads the end-to-end design, delivery, and management of enablement training for MarketStar client teams. This role serves as the training point of contact for the assigned client program; ensuring that training delivery meets world-class standards and directly supports business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales, facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing & development-focused training culture
Location: UT - Remote
What Will You Do?
Plan, prepare and deliver company and client specific inductions / onboarding across a range of different teams.
Deliver coaching and training to new and existing members across our Intel portfolio
Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation PIP and PDP processes
Support the design and implement engaging development initiatives that will add value across MarketStar
Adapt to best practices and new trends & developments in the L&D space
Plan, draft and manage key L&D communications
Liaise with senior management to ensure training needs assessments are carried out
Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees
Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Experience working within an L&D environment, and a clear understanding of Sales and Customer success programs
Experience working within technological sales (software and/or hardware products), preferable
Highly organized and detail oriented (Project Management skills are beneficial)
Proficient use of Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills supported by an energetic and engaging attitude
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Desire to collaborate with global team to fine tune best practices
Flexible working schedule to accommodate operational requirements
Strong planning capabilities to organize and effectively deliver training to both new and existing team members
Ability to effectively engage people and create interest and excitement in the learning and training process
Ability to design and curate content utilizing PowerPoint or similar tools
Ability to operate and excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision
Reporting and insight delivery
Effective time management and organization skills
Commitment to customer satisfaction and project success

Compensation Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 USD
The salary range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $60,000.00 USD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
