Responsibilities & Qualifications
As a Treasury Management Sales Advisor in our Innovation Banking group, you will play an integral role in our clients’ growth journey. You are an experienced relationship builder with a customer-focused approach to sales. With a deep understanding of your clients’ business models and their current and emerging needs, you will be a trusted advisor providing timely, strategic, and scalable payments solutions. Internally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance each client’s experience and best position our multifaceted value proposition.
In this role you will:
• Sell the full suite of FCB's payments products and services with a focus on technology forward payment solutions.
• Assess your customer needs and recommend effective strategies; negotiate pricing to optimize profitability; and provide market-competitive solutions for clients.
• Review client portfolios to determine gaps in cash management products or opportunities to expand existing relationships. Be recognized as trusted advisor in payments products and services, including having your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies.
• Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction across your assigned portfolio.
• Develop sales strategies to meet sales goals and product penetration goals.
• Partner with senior Managers in the Commercial Bank to achieve cross sell goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in Treasury Sales or HS diploma/GED with 6 years' expereince in Treasury Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Related experience in the payments/FinTech industry, with either a product or sales focus. Strong aptitude for payment and technology solutions. Once on board, you will be provided with training to develop a thorough knowledge of FCB's bank operations, platforms and products.
- Skilled in crafting effective client facing and internal communications. The ability to effectively communicate your ideas and thoughts via written or verbal channels.
- The ability to manage the evolving landscape of the Payment industry. Technology is driving rapid change in our space. This means our Team must adapt quickly to this change to maintain SVB’s market leadership.
- The ability to work and think independently and strategically is critical. This is not a linear role. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are critical to monitor and engage with multiple projects and colleagues in tandem with your portfolio of clients.
- Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint enabling you to download & sort information, look for analytic value and present ideas in a simple but effective format.
Additional Information
If hired in NY or MA, the base pay for this position is generally between $123,300.00 and $164,400.00 If hired in AZ or NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $102,750.000 and $137,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
