We're now looking for a Globalization Coordinator to ensure localization and globalization operations across Nibble, Skillsta, and other supported products run smoothly — so that deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, efficiently, and on time, while continuously improving how the work gets done. The team you'll be working with You'll be part of the Globalization team , working at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and linguistic expertise. Alongside you, there is another coordinator, a Growth Globalization Manager, and a network of linguistic experts who keep our products feeling local. Your work directly shapes how quickly and accurately content reaches users across languages and markets. Have strong project and operations management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workflows and stakeholders. Take a high level of ownership and accountability for outcomes. What you'll do Localization delivery: Coordinate the localization and production of Nibble and Skillsta lessons across supported languages, extending support to other products upon request. Workflow & people: Coordinate workflows and dependencies with Globalization and product teams, and workload distribution among linguistic experts alongside other coordinators. Quality & guidelines: Create, maintain, and improve localization and operations guidelines; coordinate quality checks of NMT/AI-assisted tools. Operations & reporting: Oversee time tracking for linguistic experts, support administrative system workflows, and report issues promptly. Continuous improvement: Identify operational gaps and help improve processes and tools; support automation implementation and maintenance. Analytics: Perform on-demand analytics requests with the support of AI tools. What do we offer Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
