Job Description Summary Modelling & Cost Catalogue Leader Gas Power Global Services Operations & Maintenance Location: Spain, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Greece or Hungary Contract type: Permanent Working arrangement: Hybrid You are ready to bring your technical expertise into a role with real commercial impact. As Modelling & Cost Catalogue Leader, you play a key part in strengthening the O&M cost model across different site configurations, helping shape proposals for new customers and supporting productivity improvements across the Global O&M portfolio. Job Description This role could be a strong step for someone coming from a technical Gas Power Operations & Maintenance background who wants to grow into a more commercial, contracts and customer-focused environment. You work closely with colleagues across O&M Commercial, regional O&M leadership, O&M Support, O&M Site Plant Managers and other functions to build a cost catalogue that is accurate, useful and aligned to business needs. Strong consideration is given to applicants impacted by Gas Power Services and FieldCore realignment. What you will do You will: Lead the coordination, development and implementation of O&M cost data collection, consolidation, categorization, validation, mapping and analysis Maintain and improve the O&M cost model and cost catalogue so it reflects actual site and fleet needs Develop tools, applications and reports that bring value to O&M and support cost saving initiatives Use digital solutions across the O&M fleet to help drive cost reduction and measure the benefit Own the O&M cost catalogue and ensure it is maintained, updated and fit for purpose Manage the O&M work breakdown structure, run the cost capture process and lead yearly updates based on actual cost data Support technical and non-standard scope discussions during the offer and sales process, including scope definitions, cost of guarantees and calculation sheets Coordinate technical requests from internal teams during the sales process and help clarify additional cost impacts and guarantee implications Provide input on contractual guarantees and related risk provisions Review and support technical sales documentation, including technical contract content, technical appendices, ATQ and infrastructure requirements Support non-standard scope alignment discussions with customers Support productivity initiatives and continuous improvement across the Global O&M portfolio What you bring You bring: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge and experience Strong experience in power plant operation and maintenance Broad experience across operations, project management or product management, with technical, financial and contractual exposure Proven leadership experience, including guiding direct reports and working effectively in team environments to deliver results What helps you succeed You are someone who: Enjoys improving processes and creating value through better ways of working Balances technical depth with commercial judgement Builds trust across teams and functions Works well in a fast-moving, collaborative environment Takes ownership and delivers with accuracy and follow-through Why join us This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a role with wider commercial influence.
