Drive commercial results, safety, customer experience, growth and contract retention. Influence at executive level, drive market growth and deliver premium customer experiences. Build a high-performing leadership team with a strong culture of accountability and care. Translate enterprise strategy into practical operating models that improve efficiency, innovation and performance. Experience 10+ years’ general management experience with broad functional and large P&L accountability. Proven success leading complex service-based operations and highly engaged teams. Strong people leadership experience and highly engaging communicator Saavy commercial, financial and analytical capability. Executive-level stakeholder influence, strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to delivery.
