Skills:

• Mastery of Go (Golang) and deep familiarity with Python (for AI ecosystem compatibility and model evaluation).
• AI Ecosystem: Direct experience with orchestration concepts, token streaming, memory management, and vector databases.
• Systems Architecture: Strong grasp of asynchronous processing, state machines, event-driven architecture, and streaming protocols.

Responsibilities:

• implement stateful multi-agent workflows, autonomous tool-calling loops, and resilient error-recovery strategies.
• Advanced RAG Pipelines: Optimize data ingestion, semantic chunking strategies, vector database integrations, and reranking mechanisms to deliver precise context to models.
• Core Performance: Optimize the underlying engine for high concurrency, low latency, and efficient resource utilization, ensuring backend structures support heavy AI workloads.
• API Design: Build clean, strongly-typed, and extensible APIs that serve as a robust foundation for both the WebUI and CLI.
