Go-To-Market Engineer

Compass Design Co. is looking for a GTM Engineer to build and optimise GTM infrastructure that helps us identify the right prospects, automate repetitive processes, improve outreach, and create scalable growth workflows.

📌 Position: GTM Engineer

💻 Work Mode: Remote

🕒 Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

🎯 Experience: 3–4 Years

What We’re Looking For:

* 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a GTM Engineer

* Strong understanding of GTM systems, automation, and growth infrastructure

* Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools

* Ability to build and automate lead generation and prospecting workflows

* Experience with data enrichment, lead scraping, segmentation, and qualification

* Strong understanding of CRM systems, outreach automation, and sales workflows

* Ability to integrate different tools and platforms to create efficient GTM workflows

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to experiment, optimize, and continuously improve GTM systems
