Go-to-Market Manager (m/f/d) for the Netherlands

Your mission

• As our driving force in the Netherlands, you develop and execute our market entry and growth strategy.
• Identifying the most promising customer segments in retail, hospitality and among food industry suppliers is in your hands, and so is deciding where to focus first.
• Building lasting, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and partners comes naturally to you.
• To make sure our positioning, messaging and campaigns truly resonate with the Dutch market, you adapt them to the local context.
• Cooperation agreements with relevant organisations and networks are prepared and negotiated by you.
• From the first conversation to the signed contract, you guide prospective customers every step of the way.
• Together with our Tech, Marketing, Sales and Analytics teams, you shape go-to-market initiatives and take the lead in bringing them to life locally.
• Market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape are always on your radar.
• By tracking and reporting on key metrics, you keep a pulse on performance and sharpen the strategy whenever needed.

Your profile

• With a proven track record in go-to-market strategy, business development or market entry, ideally in SaaS, food tech or sustainability, you know how to open up new markets.
• The Dutch food industry holds no secrets for you, from food retail to food service.
• Thinking like an entrepreneur comes naturally to you: you bring plenty of drive and feel at home working independently in a fast-paced start-up.
• Thanks to your excellent communication and negotiation skills, you build trust and lasting partnerships.
• Dutch is your native language, you speak fluent English and you understand Dutch business culture deeply. German skills are a welcome bonus.
• When it comes to decisions, you rely on data and keep a close eye on performance.
• Sustainability is close to your heart, and you want to help reduce food waste.
