Company Overview
It is a performance-driven growth consultancy specializing in helping cash-pay medical practices—including regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, stem cell and peptide therapy, longevity medicine, and aesthetics—acquire more qualified patients through data-driven digital marketing. Rather than focusing on vanity metrics, every marketing initiative is tied directly to business growth and profitability. The team manages end-to-end paid acquisition systems across multiple client accounts, combining high-performing advertising, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization to consistently generate measurable patient acquisition results.
Mission
As a GHL Specialist (QA & Systems Reliability), your mission is to find and fix what is broken across client GoHighLevel accounts before the client notices, and to make sure nothing new goes live broken. You will audit and test what the GHL team builds, troubleshoot issues in live accounts, and rebuild when a fix requires it.
This is a hands-on ownership role, not a ticket queue. You are a GHL builder first, with QA and troubleshooting as your main assignment. You will work across all pods, report to the Lead Strategist and Operations Director, and be accountable to each Pod Lead for the accounts you touch. You run your own audit schedule, raise problems as soon as you spot them, and use AI to help the whole team build and test faster.
Responsibilities
- Test every new funnel, workflow, automation, pipeline, calendar and integration before go-live, and sign it off or return it with a clear defect list.
- Own and continuously improve the go-live QA checklist as build standards evolve.
- Diagnose and fix broken automations, pages, forms, calendars and integrations across client accounts, including builds you did not create.
- Trace issues to root cause and document what broke, why and what was changed.
- Resolve SMS and A2P registration issues, email deliverability problems, Meta lead form connections, and webhook or API failures.
- Run regular proactive audits of live accounts (stale workflows, stuck pipeline contacts, calendar errors, broken links, missing tracking) and report findings to Pod Leads with a recommended fix and priority.
- Build or rebuild funnels, landing pages, workflows, pipelines, calendars and integrations when needed, and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Use AI daily to read workflow logic, draft code and webhook steps, write test plans and document fixes, and build automation outside GHL (n8n, Make, custom code, GHL API) where needed.
- Identify and ship AI-driven improvements that cut QA time or defects, making sure each one is documented and handed off to a teammate before it counts as live.
Requirements
Must Have
- Proven hands-on GoHighLevel experience, with funnels, workflows and integrations you built end to end and can explain how they fail.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a habit of testing your own fix before calling it done.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your work, with examples you can show.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset: you flag and fix problems without waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and spoken English, including clear defect reports builders can act on without a follow-up call.
- Reliable, responsive and comfortable working with a remote, cross-timezone team.
Nice to Have
- Agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Hermes or OpenClaw (strongly preferred).
- Experience with n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Custom code in GHL: custom code steps, webhooks and the GoHighLevel API.
- Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Meta lead form integrations.
- SMS and A2P 10DLC registration, and email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Zoom webinar funnel integrations, and HTML/CSS for landing page fixes.
- Healthcare or cash-pay medical practice client experience.
