II. Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Engineer to join our remote team and build scalable backend systems and distributed platforms. You will work on complex, high- performance systems and collaborate with international teams throughout the development lifecycle.

III. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems using Golang.
• Build and improve event-driven architectures and scalable APIs.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize systems in production environments.
• Apply best practices for concurrency, resilience, and distributed system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver complex technical
• solutions.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.

IV. Job Qualifications & Requirements:

Must-have:

• At least 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of Go, concurrency, distributed systems, and resilience patterns.
• Experience designing and building event-driven architectures.
• Strong experience debugging and troubleshooting production systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with Kafka, NATS, or Temporal.
• Experience with data modeling and schema evolution.
• Experience working in international or distributed teams.
• Language:
• (At least B2+ level) Fluent English communication (both written and verbal).
• Able to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-
• technical stakeholders.

V. Salary & Benefits:

• Total Budget: Up to 40,000,000 VND/month all-in, including full SHUI (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance).
• Full SHUI: The company will provide full SHUI contribution in accordance with applicable regulations. Any applicable SHUI contribution is included within the 40,000,000 VND all- in budget and will not be paid on top of this amount.
• PIT: Personal Income Tax (PIT) will be deducted in accordance with Vietnam's applicable progressive tax regulations.

VI. Other information:

• Working model: Remote (Outsourcing project, work directly with the client)
• Typical working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Vietnam Time)

• Contract: 12 months (Freelance contractor)
• High possibility of long-term extension based on performance and project roadmap

VII. Hiring Process:
