Google Ads & B2B Paid Media Specialist – AI-First
Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Company: Speedrack West
About Speedrack West
Speedrack West is a growing industrial storage solutions company looking for a hands-on Google Ads & B2B Paid Media Specialist to own and improve our paid acquisition efforts.
Google Ads is the primary focus of this role. LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, attribution, and connecting paid advertising with HubSpot are also important responsibilities.
This is not primarily a Meta/Facebook Ads role or a strategy-only position. We need someone who is comfortable working directly inside advertising platforms, optimizing campaigns, solving tracking issues, and being accountable for measurable results.
As an AI-first company, we also expect this person to actively use AI and automation to improve performance, analysis, and efficiency.
What You’ll Own
Google Ads – Primary Focus
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize B2B Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Search campaigns focused on qualified lead generation.
- Conduct keyword and search-term analysis and manage negative keywords.
- Optimize bidding, budgets, campaign structures, and ad copy.
- Improve cost per lead, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall efficiency.
- Identify wasted spend and underperforming campaigns.
- Understand when automated campaign types such as Performance Max are appropriate and when more controlled approaches are needed.
- Connect advertising performance to actual business outcomes.
Strong, hands-on Google Ads expertise is essential for this position.
LinkedIn Ads
- Build and optimize B2B LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies.
- Test messaging, offers, audiences, and campaign formats.
- Optimize based on lead quality and business outcomes.
Tracking & Attribution
- Configure and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Set up and validate conversion and offline conversion tracking.
- Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.
- Ensure campaigns and conversions are measured accurately.
HubSpot
We are not looking for a HubSpot administrator. Your responsibility is primarily to connect paid advertising with HubSpot and help us understand what happens after a lead enters the sales funnel.
- Ensure paid leads are captured and attributed correctly.
- Connect ad performance with leads, opportunities, and revenue.
- Use CRM data to improve advertising decisions and lead quality.
Landing Pages & Creatives
- Help build and optimize campaign-specific landing pages.
- Recommend improvements to messaging, forms, CTAs, and conversion performance.
- Create basic advertising creatives when needed using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or AI tools.
- Collaborate with design resources for more advanced creative work.
This is not a Graphic Designer or Web Developer position.
AI & Automation
- Use AI for campaign analysis, keyword research, ad copy, reporting, audience research, and optimization.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and advertising opportunities.
- Test new ideas and scale what produces measurable results.
Strong advertising fundamentals come first—AI should make those skills more effective.
