Google Ads Specialist

Your Mission Brief The Google Ads Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max). Where You’ll Lead This role focuses on delivering measurable results, leveraging analytics and AI-powered tools, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance for clients. Google Ads Campaign Management Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. Utilize AI-powered campaign strategies, including smart bidding, asset generation, and predictive audience targeting. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting for high-quality, relevant ads. Continuously optimize campaigns for performance (bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, quality score improvements). Monitor and troubleshoot campaign issues, ad disapprovals, or policy violations. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track KPIs using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio. Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and guide decision-making. Provide performance forecasts, projections, and budgeting guidance. Strategy & Execution Develop Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives and sales funnels. Propose new campaign opportunities or formats to improve reach and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive execution and messaging. Recommend improvements to landing pages to increase Quality Score and conversion rates. Tool & Platform Utilization Effectively use Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools. Manage integrations with Google Merchant Center, YouTube, or CRM systems. Set up and validate conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM parameters for accurate data collection. Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for ad copy variations, competitor research, and headline creation. Industry Knowledge Stay updated on developments in advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends. Share industry knowledge regularly with the team to foster learning and improvement. Mission Control and AI Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations.
