Google Ads Specialist (Growth)

The Opportunity

Media Stack is scaling fast. We've gone from a small founding team to a full agency in under two years, and we're on track for £1m ARR this financial year. We work exclusively in health and wellness ecommerce, across Creative, Paid Ads, CRO, and Email, and we're building a team of operators.

We're not looking for someone to "manage campaigns." We're looking for a Google Ads specialist who thinks like a growth partner: someone who's run budgets like they were their own money, who's obsessed with margin not just ROAS, and who wants to build something rather than maintain something.

If you've spent 7+ years in the trenches of Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and you're bored of agencies that treat Google Ads as a line item instead of a growth lever, this is your seat.

What You'll Own

• Full ownership of Google Ads strategy and execution across a portfolio of health and wellness ecommerce clients
• Building and scaling PMax, Search, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns with a relentless focus on contribution margin, not vanity metrics
• Diagnosing account health fast: creative fatigue, audience saturation, feed issues, tracking gaps, and fixing them before the client has to ask
• Partnering directly with Paid Social, CRO, and Creative to build full-funnel strategies, not siloed campaigns
• Presenting directly to founders and CMOs in QBRs, translating data into decisions
• Spotting the next growth opportunity before it's obvious and pitching it

What You Bring

• 7+ years running Google Ads at a senior level, ideally split between agency and in-house/brand side
• A genuine track record of scaling ecommerce accounts profitably (not just spending budget well)
• Fluency in CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin as a lens for every decision you make
• Entrepreneurial instinct: you've either run your own thing, or you operate like you have
• A go-getting, sleeves-rolled-up mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do next
• Comfort operating in a fast-growing agency where the playbook is still being written, partly by you
  

The Details

• Salary: Competitive UK Salary, based on experience
• Type: Full-time, either as a UK employee or as a full-time contractor
• Location: Fully remote. We're open to candidates anywhere in the world, so long as you can work full-time UK hours and collaborate live with the team
