Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, landing pages, and sales funnels. The ideal candidate will help build and optimize marketing systems to generate qualified leads for a mortgage and real estate business operating across multiple states. The candidate should have hands-on experience creating campaigns, managing advertising platforms, building funnels, and implementing lead nurturing strategies. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including: Facebook/Meta Ads Instagram Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads Build and optimize sales funnels designed to generate mortgage and real estate leads. Create landing pages and lead capture systems. Develop automated lead nurturing workflows. Set up email and text marketing campaigns. Create strategies to nurture: Existing clients Referral partners Realtors CPAs Financial advisors Potential mortgage clients Build systems for recurring outreach campaigns based on lead categories and relationship stages. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations. Track lead generation metrics and improve conversion rates. Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM and business systems. Assist with creating workflows that move prospects from initial contact to booked appointments. Collaborate with the client to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or lead generation. Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience building landing pages and sales funnels. Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation. Understanding of lead nurturing and customer journey strategies. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
