Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Google Ads Specialist to manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and is comfortable working with budgets, performance data, campaign settings, and optimization strategies. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify performance trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues before they impact campaign results or budgets.
The successful candidate should be able to work independently while following established processes and quality assurance procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives and campaign strategies
- Review campaign settings, budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, keywords, ad assets, and conversion tracking to ensure accuracy
- Monitor daily campaign performance, spending, pacing, and budget utilization
- Identify unusual spending patterns, performance fluctuations, tracking issues, and other campaign anomalies
- Analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, conversion rates, and other relevant indicators
- Conduct ongoing campaign optimization based on performance data and identified opportunities
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and budget utilization
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide clear insights and recommendations
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, internal standards, and approved budgets
- Perform quality assurance and verification checks before implementing significant campaign changes
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Coordinators, and other internal teams regarding campaign requirements and performance
- Proactively raise concerns, irregularities, tracking issues, or potential budget risks to the appropriate team lead or supervisor
- Stay updated on relevant Google Ads features, platform changes, and digital advertising best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, keywords, ad assets, and performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with multiple Google Ads accounts or clients is an advantage.
- Google Ads Certification is an advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or conversion tracking is an advantage.e
