The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Senior Associate will spearhead high-priority projects within Enterprise Services, conduct data analysis, oversee key risk reporting and provide informed recommendations. The Enterprise Services Governance and Reporting Team facilitates comprehensive strategic metrics reporting along with enhanced risk monitoring and portfolio reporting capabilities. A key focus of the department is analyzing data inputs and outputs to generate actionable business intelligence insights, including risk mitigation. In addition, the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting Senior Associate will align to a project management framework, ensuring projects are aligned with defined milestones and delivering high-quality and timely results.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Process, Risk, and Control (PRC) library governance for Enterprise Services by maintaining foundational attributes, coordinating periodic refreshes, and helping ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance objectives.
  • Coordinate the annual refresh of the Enterprise Services control inventory and support the quarterly Management Control Testing process as part of the PRC framework, including preparing materials and providing guidance to Enterprise Services functions.
  • Perform monitoring and analysis of the Enterprise Services governance and control framework, including reporting mechanisms, and recommend practical opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support operational readiness and processing preparedness activities for key enterprise-wide initiatives, coordinating deliverables and tracking actions to help enable successful go-live execution within DTCC’s program management framework.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of Enterprise Services risk incidents, including supporting root cause analysis, tracking follow-up activities, and monitoring completion of key action items.
  • Support the development and execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across Enterprise Services functions and the processing and operations components of DTCC entities, including analysis of inherent and residual risk ratings, control effectiveness, and supporting documentation and evidence in accordance with governance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver clear risk insights, metrics, and reporting for Enterprise Services management on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
  • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support a strong control environment and develop an understanding of the requirements of each Enterprise Services functional department.
  • Conduct review and quality control of self-identified issues and issues resulting from risk incidents and risk assessments, escalating inconsistencies and supporting lessons learned and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the timely delivery of recommendations and support alignment with organizational governance and reporting best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
