About the Role As Government & Market Strategy Manager - Poland , you'll play a critical role in establishing and growing the company's presence in the Polish market. You'll lead government relations, shape market entry strategy, and serve as the primary leadership point in-country - with the potential to build and lead a local team as the business scales. This is a senior, high-autonomy role requiring deep knowledge of the Polish regulatory and political environment, combined with strong business acumen and the credibility to represent the company at the highest levels. What You'll Do Government Relations & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key government counterparts, regulators, and policy influencers in Poland Monitor and analyse regulatory and political developments impacting the business Represent the company in discussions with public institutions and industry associations Advocate for the company's interests and ensure alignment with local legal and compliance frameworks Market Entry & Strategy Lead the development and execution of market entry strategies for Poland Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market dynamics and risks Commercial & Operational Support Support business development initiatives and partnerships in Poland Collaborate with commercial teams to align market strategy with business goals Ensure operational readiness for market entry and expansion Team Leadership Establish and lead a local team as the business grows Drive cross-functional collaboration between local and HQ stakeholders Set clear goals and KPIs; ensure team performance and accountability Act as the primary point of leadership in Poland What We're Looking For Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory strategy in Poland Strong knowledge of the Polish political, regulatory, and business landscape Existing network across government and regulatory bodies in Poland Demonstrated success in market entry, expansion, or strategic growth projects Experience in fast-growing organisations and cross-functional leadership Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Fluency in Polish and English (required) Background in the Polish Military is a strong plus Locations Warsaw Remote status Fully Remote Yearly salary €180,000 - €200,000 Employment type Full-time Employment level Executive/Senior Level Recruitment Speed 21 days
