Our Graduate Analyst Programme

Our Graduate Analyst role offers the opportunity to start and grow your career at Baringa. As a permanent member of our team from day one, you'll work on a variety of real client and internal projects, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful contribution from the outset.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants, building both your technical and professional capabilities through structured learning, hands-on experience, and ongoing development opportunities. Along the way, you'll build relationships across the business, collaborate with colleagues from different teams and sectors, and contribute to work that makes a real impact.

We're looking for Graduate Analysts to join our Capabilities practice, with opportunities available across several of our specialist business units. During the application process, you'll have the opportunity to select the business unit that best aligns with your interests and aspirations.

Enterprise Value Creation

Every organisation faces moments when it needs to grow faster, operate more efficiently or respond to changing market conditions. We advise executive leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems and deliver sustainable improvements in growth, profitability, and performance.

Organisation, People & Change

Organisation, People, and Change (OPC) enables organisations to achieve lasting success by putting people at the centre of transformation. OPC ensures organisations are equipped to deliver impact that lasts through an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Supply Chain & Procurement

The SCP team helps organisations tackle complex challenges across their supply chains, procurement functions and commercial operations. Working with clients across the public and private sectors, we help organisations navigate an increasingly uncertain world, responding to challenges such as cost pressures, supply chain disruption, changing customer expectations and rapid technological change.

As part of SCP, you'll work on a diverse range of projects spanning supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, commercial advisory, logistics, and technology-enabled change, as part of either our Supply Chain or Procurement & Commercial practice. Our teams combine analytical thinking, practical problem-solving and deep industry expertise to help clients create efficient, resilient and sustainable organisations that deliver lasting value.

Desired Skills: Structured problem solving, Team collaboration and effective communication, Adaptability and personal resilience, Proactive curiosity, Digital literacy.

Desired Degrees: No degree preference, analytical capabilities are key. If you have commercial acumen this is a bonus. Candidates may benefit from STEM experience, but this is not a requirement.

Data, AI, Solutions & Engineering

Expertly applied, data and AI empower you to operate smarter, innovate faster and compete harder. Blending exceptional technical skills with deep industry knowledge, our consultants make the possibilities real. We are experts in crafting practical data and AI solutions and integrating these into existing production workflows. Where data and AI requires new scalable technology, we work with you to establish the case for investment. And when new data insights are revealed, we ensure you have the right talent to unlock full value. Whether you are looking to establish a robust data infrastructure, foster a data-driven culture or ensure data and information security and compliance are maintained, we can help.

Desired Skills: Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Data Literacy, Technical Data Skills - BI, Python, Engineering, ML, Other coding languages.

Desired Degrees: STEM, Computer Science, Data Science, Other technical data/AI degrees

  • You can talk to anyone in the business. There are no barriers, and everyone is accessible, from our Analysts to our Partners. Out Partner to consultant ratio of 1:10, means you get to learn and work alongside our Directors and Partners on a daily basis.

  • All employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme, which seeks to ensure that everyone has a stake in the success of the company.
