Day to day you will: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. Design and configure insurance software products, reports, and customer-facing solutions using a range of technical tools. Analyse complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver successful technology transformation projects. Support client workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to solution design and implementation activities. Develop expertise in insurance technology while working alongside experienced Consultants and Business Analysts. To Succeed in this Role, You'll Bring: Have achieved a 2:1 or above in a STEM, Business, Economics, or related degree Have achieved AAB or above at A-Level (or equivalent), including an A in Mathematics Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and work through complex challenges Have a genuine interest in technology, software, data, and how businesses use technology to drive change Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced client-facing environment Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership and responsibility for your work Ready to Apply?
