Join Goldwind Australia's two-year Graduate Program and play a key role in developing the renewable energy projects that will power Australia's future.

As part of our Development Team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the development of utility-scale wind farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and renewable energy projects from early-stage site identification through to construction readiness.
As part of our development team, you will:
- Participate in a structured 24-month graduate development program.
- Learn from experienced Project Developers and renewable energy professionals.
- Gain exposure to the full renewable energy project development lifecycle.
- Assist with site identification, feasibility assessments, planning approvals, stakeholder engagement, and project development activities.
- Work closely with landowners, consultants, government agencies, community stakeholders, engineers, and project teams.
- Develop an understanding of environmental, planning, technical, commercial, and community considerations involved in renewable energy development.
- Build the foundations for a long-term career in renewable energy project development.
Your Background
We are seeking motivated graduates who are passionate about renewable energy and helping develop the projects that support Australia's energy transition.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Geography, Property, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- A strong interest in renewable energy project development and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic project environment.
Previous exposure to renewable energy, planning, environmental studies, infrastructure projects, property, or stakeholder engagement through university studies, internships, or work experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
