Candidate management: Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client –through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals Headhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidates Manage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to postplacement. Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to asses and critique candidates against mandate requirements. Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitment Provide consultative services and market intelligence to candidates Send speculative CVs to relevant clients Use sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates’ interest and to overcome any concerns Manage relevant Hotlists and Candidate Trackers Client management Market map clients, gathering information Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and creating client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process Why join Finatal?
