About Leap29 Leap29 is a global recruitment and workforce solutions partner based in Wilmslow. With over 25 years in business and a team of 50+, we support clients in engineering, oil and gas, renewable energy, technology, life sciences and construction. What you’ll be doing Winning new clients by proactively calling and emailing potential clients, introducing Leap29 and uncovering hiring needs Building relationships by becoming a trusted partner for hiring managers Sourcing top talent through headhunting and sourcing specialist contractors through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your own network Managing the full process from screening and interviewing candidates through to offer, onboarding and global mobilisation.
