Graduate Recruitment Consultant – USA Construction

Location: Altrincham | Hybrid/WFH

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 12pm–8pm | Friday, 12pm–5pm WFH

Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission

Novax Recruitment Group is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing USA Construction team.

This is an entry-level opportunity where you’ll receive in-depth training in resourcing, learning how to source, engage and qualify construction professionals within an assigned niche. You’ll work closely with a Client Solutions Manager, who will manage the client relationship, allowing you to focus on finding and placing the right talent.

As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to learn business development and account management, progressing into an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant if that’s the route you want to take. Alternatively, you can build your career by specialising in the area you enjoy most.
