Candidates must be able to commute to our office without exception. OFFICE LOCATION Via A.G. Eiffel, 13/15 Roma 4th floor, Building 2 Rome, Italy IT PURPOSE As a Graduate Sales Operation and Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role supporting the Southern European Sales team in closing deals and following development initiatives to generate new business. You will be part of the Sales and Business Development team collaborating with the Account Managers in selected opportunities, managing Sales Force, lead adoption of AI tools, issuing reports with quality data and interacting on specific initiatives with customers together with Business Development Manager. This role will allow you to build expertise in Sales and Account management, following end 2 end the full cycle from initial Business Development to prepare offers and negotiate contracts, to get ready for sales-related career paths. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work together with the Account and Sales team ensuring approval processes and closure of selected opportunities. Point of Contact for Southern Europe for the Sales Operation team to provide quality of data, accuracy in Sales Force, reporting and lead adoption of tools using AI. Participate to Southern Europe Weekly meeting preparing overview of the closed/commit/lost opportunities and providing messages in coordination with the SVP for the team. Coordinate with Business Development Manager to capture Customer needs and follow-up the main initiatives to generate new leads. Learn progressively the portfolio of SITA Products and Solutions. Qualifications EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics or a related field. Understanding of IT concepts, including experience or knowledge in: Network basic knowledge LAN/WAN Databases (e.g., MS SQL) Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux is a plus) Integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues, web services). Authentication (MS AD, Entra ID, etc) Message transport (Rabbit, MSMQ) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
