Support the day-to-day operation of Kroo’s technology and operational processes, learning how systems, services, and teams interact to deliver banking services. Assist with incident management activities, including documenting incidents, tracking actions, and supporting reporting. Support change management processes, including administration and coordination of changes. Help maintain operational documentation, CMDB records, and service information. Assist in operational resilience activities, including mapping updates, documentation, and evidence collection. Support business continuity planning (BCP) documentation and contact management. Assist with supplier and third-party processes, including documentation and due diligence tracking. Support the preparation of operational reports and data collection. Learn and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives, supporting documentation and simple tasks. Work with internal teams to support coordination and operational delivery activities. Follow defined processes and escalate issues appropriately.
