Graphic Design Executive

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our product team on a full-time contract basis. You will be responsible for creating high-quality product designs and web images for our portfolio of products across our various brands. This is a fast-paced role that requires creativity, precision, and excellent attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Product Designer and Head of Product Development along with the wider product team to deliver tasks in a timely manner. Design & Creative Production • Various design and administrative tasks. • Generating product images for our websites. • Creating design for product and literature. • Creating product decks and brand presentations. • Work closely with the Senior Product Designer and Head of Product Development and the wider product team. Execution & Delivery • Deliver tasks set within deadlines. • Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards. Language • Excellent written and spoken English. Skills • Creative: Strong design instincts with a sharp eye for detail. • Organised: Able to manage multiple briefs and deliver on time. • Responsive: Comfortable applying feedback quickly. • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment. • Detail-oriented: Consistently delivers polished, high-quality outputs. • Previous experience in the same or a similar role. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator essential). • Comfortable with time-tracking tools (Time Doctor). • Strong portfolio showcasing creative high-Impact social and ad content across formats • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in real-time environments • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live settings • Excellent spoken and written English is essential • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting quickly when needed • Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Works well in a team environment and responds constructively to feedback. • Able to switch between brand styles and asset types quickly • Always looking for ways to improve content and processes • $1,000 USD per month salary • Fully remote role (LATAM-based) • Full training provided on live systems and engagement techniques • Opportunity to work across multiple fast-growing D2C brands • Exposure to a rapidly growing live commerce function • Structured, process-driven role with clear expectations • Potential for progression within marketing and wider business functions
