Profile Requirements: Previous Experience/Knowledge 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast- paced environment. Project Management & Client Relationship Management experience desirable. Technical Skills: Very high proficiency with Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator. Has a solid working knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Extensive & proven experience creating Keynote projects for large-scale & complex events, with significant video content is a must. Proven experience creating a wide array of graphic design assets that are on brand, accurate & print or screen ready. Able to not just follow a template but also set them to be highly organised, detailed and clear. Able to offer solutions to creative, technical and production issues and the ability to deliver. Extensive experience delivering high volumes of design work in unusual shapes / pixel dimensions for large screens. Multiple solutions to graphic design execution. Proven and excellent understanding of Design Principles. A solid understanding of Animation Principles. Extensive experience delivering high volumes of graphics in unusual shapes and pixel dimensions for large screens. Finger on the pulse of the latest techniques, technology and creative trends. Strong photoshop skills will be highly regarded. Prior experience creating architectural pre-Vis using UnReal Engine will be highly regarded. Skills/Abilities Highly detail orientated, systematic, organized & efficient. Driven to exceed benchmarks, with a growth mindset. Naturally chases professional, creative and technical development. Problem solver, solutions focused. Financial management skills - sound understanding of cost/hours for the project output. Ability to translate client requirements into job specifications. Core responsibilities: Creating world class Keynote decs for a wide range of clients across a varied array of screen types, sizes and proportions. Graphic Design for a wide range of outputs including, signage, posters, badges, EDMs, presentation PowerPoints & booklets. Responsible for rolling out on-brand, on-time and with an exception degree of accuracy and efficiency. Work with the greater Encore Event Technologies team, such as Technical Directors, Experiential Designers and Sales Leads, on allocated projects ensuring creative briefs are met. Manage multiple, simultaneous projects to reach targets, staying on schedule and on budget. Lead development of design trends and direction. Provide a “continuous improvement” environment through these influences. Update weekly WIP reports and action as required. Working with the Content Manager to develop and implement better design and infrastructure practices to increase success percentages. Meet internal timeframes and deadlines as agreed to in weekly WIP meetings. Develop and promote the Creative Department. Provide creative solutions with a strong emphasis on innovation. Quote Design service costs for both internal and external clients as required. Display strict attention to detail in order to deliver successful events. Discretion at all times with regards to confidential matters and content. Assist in positioning Encore Event Technologies as a valuable and ongoing production partner as opposed to an AV & Staging supplier.
