As a Graphic Designer, you will join our Creative Services department in Bucharest and work alongside our team of graphic and motion designers.
You will create engaging, on-brand concepts and assets for multinational companies, with a strong focus on corporate communication, digital design, brand identity, presentations, and video content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop corporate designs for digital, print, and video.
- Create social media visuals, infographics, and data visualizations.
- Design corporate communication materials such as brochures, reports, catalogs, presentations, and other branded assets.
- Work on website design and digital materials.
- Contribute to video and motion graphics projects.
- Use modern creative tools and AI-assisted workflows to support and improve your daily production work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve creative quality, processes, and ways of working.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and Affinity Suite.
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, branding, editorial, or digital design work.
- Strategic thinking — the ability to understand the purpose behind a brief and translate it into relevant creative decisions.
- Ability to take ownership of your work and communicate proactively with your team and stakeholders.
- Practical experience with AI tools applied to creative production, and curiosity for evolving creative workflows.
- Exposure to branding and digital design projects, ideally including established or international brands.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus skills: After Effects, Blender or similar 3D tools.
- Illustration or hand-drawing skills are a plus.

Working model: On-site Monday–Thursday, work from home on Friday
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
1. Let's get to know each other (remote): We begin with an online meeting to introduce Ellipse Marketing, present the job opportunity, and learn more about your experience, skills, portfolio, and aspirations.
2. Creative Test (remote): You'll complete a short design task — creating a flyer — to showcase your skills, your interpretation of a brief, and your creative approach. The assignment is designed to take approximately 2–3 hours, with a 3-day submission window.
3. Meet us in person (at our office): Join us at our Bucharest office to meet the team, discuss our projects and ways of working, and get answers to all your questions.
