About the Role:

Zealancy Media is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer who can produce modern, engaging, and visually effective creative assets for digital content and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, typography, hierarchy, layout, and social-media-focused design, along with the willingness to learn, experiment, and improve through feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create social media graphics and other creative assets.
• Design thumbnails and visuals for digital content.
• Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs.
• Maintain brand consistency across designs.
• Edit, improve, and refine existing creative assets.
• Collaborate with content and video teams.
• Handle revisions based on feedback.
• Deliver quality work within agreed deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
• Good working knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• or Canva Pro
• Figma knowledge is preferred.
• Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly.
• Portfolio demonstrating design ability.

Compensation & Growth:

Fixed Starting Salary: PKR 32,000 per month
