Profile Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and marketing design work.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, concise and commercially focused content across different formats (nice to have)
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar platforms, with strong understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent written English, attention to detail and the ability to adapt content to different audiences, brands and communication styles.
- Highly organised, creative and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and turn briefs into polished final assets.
Core responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphic design assets for social media, digital marketing, websites, advertising campaigns, presentations and other business requirements.
- Write engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, website content, email campaigns and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts that combine strong visual design with compelling messaging and clear calls-to-action.
- Edit and proofread marketing copy to ensure content is clear, accurate, consistent and aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
- Repurpose existing written and visual content into different formats and assets to maximise its use across digital channels.
- Conduct basic keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into written content where required.
- Write, edit and optimise blog posts for readability, engagement and SEO performance, where required.
- Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.
