Graphic Designer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond completing tasks, is passionate about the company and their work, and will bring creative ideas that help push the brand forward.

Brand Design & Execution

● Produce and maintain branded templates, including: stationery, digital marketing, merchandising materials, and internal collateral.

● Ensure all marketing assets are visually cohesive and aligned with brand standards.

● Develop creative assets for new development projects, including: Marketing floor plans, Brand proposals, Logos, typography, and color palettes, and Signage, mock-ups, and property maps

● Research and stay informed on current design trends, competitor branding, and real estate marketing innovations.

Marketing Production & Creative Oversight

● Design and execute digital and print campaigns, including: social media posts, email campaigns, and brochures adapted for multiple formats.

● Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to translate strategy into visually compelling materials.

New Development Branding

● Develop creative assets for new development projects: logos, marketing materials, floor plans, and digital/print collateral.

● Ensure deliverables meet project timelines, particularly for leasing and sales launches.

● Work closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer to maintain brand consistency.

Digital & Social Media Design

● Design graphics for social media campaigns, property listings, and digital ads that reflects premium brand identity.

● Support ongoing email marketing campaigns, ensuring visual alignment and strong engagement.

● Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement campaign aesthetics and digital storytelling.

Workflow, Systems & Asset Management

● Maintain organized digital asset libraries including logos, templates, photos, and renderings.

● Develop file naming conventions, quality control standards, and version tracking for all creative assets.

● Support marketing operations by creating repeatable processes for faster production turnaround.

Internal Support & Collaboration

● Assist agents and internal teams with plug-and-play marketing templates.

● Provide design guidance for high-profile listings and new development projects.

● Present and explain design concepts to leadership and stakeholders for alignment.

Salary: Based upon experience.

Location: Latin America.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
