Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer role turns concepts into clear, effective visual assets across digital and print. It requires strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining brand standards.

Design & Production

• Create digital and print marketing assets, including social media graphics, sales collateral, tradeshow materials, email creative, and other marketing assets
• Translate campaign concepts into clear, effective visual designs for B2B and candidate audiences
• Ensure all work aligns with brand standards across channels
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time
• Source and select imagery, graphics, and layouts that support project goals
• Maintain and organize the marketing asset library for easy access and reuse

Collaboration & Integration

• Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to develop and refine design concepts
• Take direction from the Creative Director and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Contribute ideas and solutions during concept development
• Communicate clearly on timelines, revisions, and project status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of professional design experience in a corporate, B2B, or agency environment
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional design across digital and print
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of print and digital production processes
• Experience working within established brand guidelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with digital asset management systems (e.g., Air Inc) preferred
• Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup (Makati office) and comfortable with the given schedule

• 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH
• 9pm to 6am Manila time
• Full-time, Probationary -Regular
