Graphic Designer

Product: an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Creative and Motion Design teams, creating high-performing static ads that drive growth. Your work will directly influence marketing performance through rapid experimentation, iteration, and creative excellence.

Required Hard Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Magnific, etc.)
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to produce high-volume creatives at speed
• Comfortable creating without detailed briefs — able to turn ideas into execution
• Experience creating performance-driven advertising creatives (not just beautiful visuals, but results)
• Strong ownership: you take tasks from idea → delivery → iteration
• Able to manage your own workflow independently
• B1+ English (you’ll work in English daily)
