About The Role

We need a designer who can turn out clean, high-converting creatives for social media and ad campaigns, quickly and consistently. You will work closely with our performance marketing and video teams so that every creative matches its ad goal, not just the brand. This is a work-from-home role based out of Nagpur/Wardha.

What You'll Do

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, and Google.
• Make pitch decks and presentation designs for our own agency.
• Adapt one design into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms.
• Follow each client's brand guidelines, and build basic brand kits for new clients.
• Make revisions fast, within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with the performance marketing and video teams so creatives match ad goals.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience designing for social media and ads. Strong freshers with real portfolios may also apply.
• Strong command of Canva (Pro features), Photoshop, and Figma.
• A good sense of layout, typography, color, and spacing.
• Ability to design for ads (clear headline, offer, and call to action), not just pretty posts.
• A portfolio of real work, either client or personal projects.
• Good written communication in English and Hindi.
• Illustrator basics are a plus.
• Basic motion graphics or animated posts (After Effects or Canva animation) are a plus.
• Understanding of Meta ad specs and sizes is a plus.
