Join us at Lovehoney, where pleasure combines with creativity, data, and innovation!

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Marketing Manager, Americas, your focus will be on creating high-quality print and digital assets that bring our brands and marketing campaigns to life across the Americas. In this role, you will combine your creative design expertise with your ability to work across multiple formats, manage competing priorities and explore new ways of working through AI and technology.

What you will do

  • Create high-quality print and digital assets across a range of touchpoints, including point of sale, training materials, sales presentations, advertising, digital banners, landing pages, emails, social content, packaging and trade show materials.
  • Develop creative concepts for regional marketing campaigns and sales promotions, using global toolkits and brand guidelines to create localised assets in English, French and Spanish.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identities across all creative output, including logos, typography and colour palettes, while maintaining high standards across print and digital production.
  • Collaborate with the wider Creative Services, Marketing and regional teams on multi-disciplinary projects, managing deliverables and ensuring work is delivered to agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Act as a champion for AI within the Design team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve repetitive processes and design tasks, while sharing insights on where AI can add value and where its limitations need to be considered.
  • What you should bring

  • Post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design, with 3–5 years’ experience in graphic and web design and a strong design and production portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of typography, design principles, and print and digital production, with proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shift priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in international and dynamic environments and a customer-focused, can-do attitude.
  • A proactive and creative approach to improving processes and exploring AI in design; experience with retail display design, photography or bilingual English/French is desirable.
  • What we can offer you

  • Competitive salaries, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your hard work.
  • Comprehensive company-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, keeping you and your loved ones healthy and protected.
  • Company matching contributions to your retirement savings plan, helping you plan for a secure financial future.
  • $150 per year towards fitness activities, ensuring that you can stay active and healthy.
  • Three weeks of vacation per year, giving you time to relax and recharge, plus great staff discounts and support for professional development to help you grow in your career.
  • Stay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account. All Lovehoney Group employees can invite up to five family members to join, offering your household a safe and simple way to manage passwords and sensitive information safely and easily.
