We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Brand & Content Team at Endeavour Foundation.

This is a role for a versatile designer who brings strong creative judgement and can confidently take a project from the first conversation through to polished final artwork. The work is genuinely varied. One day, you might be developing an external brand campaign. The next, you could be supporting a fundraising appeal, designing an internal initiative or creating event collateral, signage, merchandise or publications. You’ll work across print, digital, social and web, with plenty of opportunity to keep things interesting.

You’ll be part of our dedicated design team within the broader Brand & Content Team, reporting to our Graphic Design Lead. It’s a friendly, collaborative group that genuinely enjoys working together. We share ideas, help each other out and care about producing thoughtful, high-quality work. You’ll have ownership of your projects, with experienced creative peers around you when you want to test an idea, solve a challenge or get another perspective.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Brand campaigns and integrated marketing activity
  • Fundraising appeals and supporter communication
  • Internal campaigns and employer-brand materials
  • Social, digital, web and email creative
  • Publications, brochures, reports and collateral
  • Events, signage, merchandise and environmental graphics
  • Accessible and Easy Read materials
  • Animation and motion graphics, if that’s part of your skill set

This reflects the role’s broad remit across traditional, digital, social, web and emerging channels, including accessible materials, signage, print and merchandise.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn briefs and business needs into thoughtful creative solutions.
  • Develop concepts and carry them through to polished final artwork.
  • Apply our brand consistently across different audiences, formats and channels.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, fundraising, marketing and teams across the organisation.
  • Offer a design perspective and help stakeholders reach the right creative outcome.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Apply inclusive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Prepare artwork for production and work with external suppliers.
  • Contribute ideas, feedback and support within the creative team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Around five or more years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
  • The confidence to take ownership of a brief, work through ambiguity and recommend effective solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, imagery and print production.
  • Experience designing for websites, social media, email and integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and openness to creative feedback.
  • An understanding of accessible design, or a genuine interest in developing this capability.
  • Relevant design qualifications are preferred.
  • Motion, animation or video-editing skills would be a welcome bonus.

The experience level is conveyed through project ownership, creative judgement, stakeholder guidance and end-to-end delivery rather than an explicit level label.
