Opportunity Overview

Our client is looking for a senior digital designer to help lead DTC creative across web and performance marketing as the brand scales.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to create high-performing, mobile-first experiences and paid assets, and to mature a design system that can scale with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end landing page workflow for paid social testing (from brief to design, handoff, and iteration) using Figma.
• Design conversion-focused, mobile-first web experiences, applying strong UX/UI principles and iterating based on performance and stakeholder feedback.
• Build, refine, and scale the design system to ensure consistency across campaigns, homepage updates, and seasonal launches (especially through the rebrand).
• Produce weekly Meta paid social creative that aligns with the brand and supports performance marketing goals.
• Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Brand teams to translate briefs into clear, effective digital creative.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital design roles, with ownership of high-impact web and performance marketing creative.
• Proven experience working with a DTC brand.
• Strong UX/UI capability: layout, interaction fundamentals, mobile-first design, and usability considerations.
• Strong experience building and working within design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Hands-on experience designing Meta paid social creatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Premium or luxury brand experience.
• Video editing skills.
• Support email creative requests when needed (typically light-touch resizing or adapting imagery into an existing template).
