Graphic Designer Level: Junior | Work Location: Remote This position is contingent upon contract award. ABOUT THE ROLE Red Carrot is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a high-visibility federal communications contract. This role supports the customer's External Affairs office in developing compelling visual communications that advance the agency's mission. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist senior staff in the design and development of posters, exhibits, publications, photos, graphic designs, brochures, reports, and other outreach materials Design and develop presentations, partner templates, kiosks, speeches, and fact sheets Create static and digital graphics, animations, icons, and other illustration and multimedia material optimized for web and print Create or refresh templates for standard products such as fact sheets, brochures, flyers, and reports Coordinate the production process of all printed and interactive pieces Ensure all graphics and products created are 508 compliant Support customer brand consistency across all deliverables MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BA in Art, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Media, Studio Arts, or related field Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in graphic design Demonstrated experience assisting senior staff members in design and development of posters, exhibits, publications, photos, graphic designs, brochures, reports, and other outreach materials Demonstrated experience designing and developing presentations, partner templates, kiosks, speeches, and fact sheets Demonstrated experience coordinating the production process of all printed and interactive pieces Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Ability to obtain the required government Fitness Determination Benefits at Red Carrot: At Red Carrot, we empower you to be a leader.
