Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

Location: 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working Arrangement - 1 day work from home every Wednesday

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Conceptualization and Ideation:

o Lead the creative process from brainstorming to final design execution for various projects.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.

● Design Execution:

o Create high-quality designs for social media, online platforms, and physical installations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

o Utilize AI and other advanced design tools to streamline workflows and enhance design quality.

● Project Management:

o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into broader campaigns.

● Quality Assurance:

o Review and refine design outputs to maintain high standards of visual excellence and accuracy.

o Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance design practices.

Requirements:

· Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a design role, with a diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and physical design mediums.

· Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI-driven design tools.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Experience with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

· Agility: Capacity to think and work swiftly in a dynamic environment.

· Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate desired messages.

· Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
